I won't bore everyone with the details but we decided on the Impression 38 by Wisdom Homes with the Modern Facade (as in picture at top - just different colours).
These are the plans of house below, although our house, due to the positioning of the block, will be the complete reverse. Apart from that we didn't make any changes. (We have gone a bit over the top with upgrades so we couldn't afford any structural changes even if we wanted to!)
